Police in Victoria, Australia are on the hunt for a randy thief who stole a top of the range sex doll from an adult shop in the southeast of Melbourne. Kingston Crime Investigation Unit are scouring CCTV footage after a man seen wearing a balaclava stole a life sized sex doll in Moorabin yesterday morning.
Unbelievably, the thief was caught on CCTV smashing through a security barrier with a fire extinguisher and bolt cutters. He was seen breaking through the barrier and then into the shop for a few seconds before re-emerging with his new partner, Dorothy, a 168cm life-size sex doll which costs a hefty 4,500 Aussie dollars.
Police have described the man as having a solid build and wearing a dark jumper with a red stripe, dark pants and dark shoes. He arrived at the premises in a white Ford Transit van.

In what is very likely a reflection of his relationship status, the sex doll thief worked alone. The sex toy industry is worth a staggering $15billion worldwide. Of course, not all of this is down to sex dolls. But, your average doll costs anywhere between $2,000 and $10,000.
Maybe the doll’s value was the motive for this crime. The whereabouts of ‘Dorothy’ currently remains unknown. Finally, Australian police are urging anyone with any information about the theft to contact Crime Stoppers on (+61) 1800 333 000.
